This membership is designed for ongoing support and guidance towards reaching your health goals. It includes one 30 minute zoom session every month, email support and requires a 12 month commitment.
Additional 30 minute sessions can be added on if desired at an additional $50.
Sessions do not roll over every month.
Monthly Sessions are based off of your billing cycle not the calendar month. For example: If you signed up on May 15th then your 30 minute session is available from May 15th until June 14th.
30 minute sessions do not include Functional Lab analysis.
Reviewing functional labs (whether a retest such as GI MAP or a new test) requires a $100 fee on top of the Monthly $125 auto charge. This fee will include functional lab analysis of one or two labs as well as an updated protocol and add an extra 30 minutes on to your monthly 30 minute session - making the session 60 minutes.
Functional labs will be billed directly to you without any additional mark up. Once Jessica has received the results you will be invoiced the $100 Functional Lab Analysis fee. After the invoice is paid you will be able to schedule the 60 minute review session.
Reviewing 3 - 4 Functional Labs will require a 90 minute zoom session with Functional Lab Analysis and will require an additional fee of $175 on top of your $125 monthly auto charge.
