SIBO stands for Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth and it is an imbalance of bacteria in the small intestine that can cause a lot of unpleasant physical and emotional symptoms. Here’s a few symptoms of SIBO: bloating, belching, farting, weight gain, weight loss, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, fatigue, joint pain/body aches, skin issues, food sensitives/intolerances, brain fog, depression/anxiety.

Not only can it ruin your romantic and professional life but SIBO is also linked to other serious health conditions. So it really is important to get an understanding of how you got SIBO, how to rebalance your GIT and give your small intestine (and the rest of your body) some love!

When it comes to clearing SIBO there are different options to consider and this is not a one size fits all approach. It can feel overwhelming and confusing. Especially if you are new to this process and do not understand how all systems in the body are connected and can impact each other.

SIBO is a by-product of something else that has happened or is happening in the body therefore it has a very high relapse rate, until the root cause and other imbalances in the body are addressed. The more that you understand about the other imbalances in your body and what herbs/supplements and diet to follow, then the more likely you are to remain SIBO free!!

Everyone starts with a 60 minute Health Intake Session. In this session we will review your Health Intake form and 3 day food journal that I have sent you prior to our session.
