Just a Hormone Test
This service invites you to learn more about the current state of your hormones by taking an at home hormone test. ‘Just a Hormone Test’ is a single 60 minute session on zoom that will provide you with analyzation of your DUTCH test without an individualized protocol. This service is to provide detailed education and analyzation of the DUTCH test only.
Just a Hormone Test is right for you if:
You are curious to learn more about your hormones and and how stress could be impacting your health.
You want to prepare for menopause and optimize hormones.
You are pre or peri menopausal and want to monitor your hormones and get a baseline understanding.
You want to know if BHRT is appropriate for you at this time.
Your primary objective is not to get a protocol and guidance with multiple labs, that is what the 90 Day Program is for.
You have never done any functional testing and just want to run 1 test.
You have done a DUTCH test in the past and are looking for a retest without committing to a lengthy program.
You do not have a complex health history with ongoing symptoms (the 90 Day Program is more appropriate for you in this case).
You are looking for a starting point into functional testing.
You want more information and a second opinion on what’s happening with your hormones.
You acknowledge that an individualized protocol is available for an additional fee and can be discussed doing your review session upon request.

Where do I get a DUTCH Complete?
After you sign up and pay for your session, your DUTCH test will be ordered for you. You will receive a bill directly from Evexia Diagnostics or Precision Analytical to complete payment for your DUTCH.
How much does the DUTCH test cost?
Precision Analytical DUTCH Complete is $300 in the the USA. Rebalance Your Routine does NOT mark up the cost of your test. For international rate please email jessica@rebalanceyourroutine.com. The review session of the DUTCH is priced at $300.
What does ‘Just a Hormone Test’ include?
This service includes analysis of your Precision Analytical DUTCH Complete test, a 60 minute review session on zoom where the details of your DUTCH results will be discussed and you will receive a follow up email with a PDF that summarizes everything. Please note that this service does not include a protocol and there will not be a discussion of supplements. An individualized protocol based off of your lab results is available for an additional fee and can be discussed upon request if desired.
Do you accept insurance?
No insurance is accepted. HSA/FSA cards can be used to pay for the DUTCH test and consulting fees.
I already have a current DUTCH test can you just analyze it for me?
Yes. You do not need to order the DUTCH Complete through Rebalance Your Routine. You could have gotten your DUTCH test independently or through another Practitioner. You can email the results to jessica@rebalanceyourroutine.com and schedule your 60 minute review session on zoom here.
